Privacy Policy
This page explains, in plain language, what information this site collects, why, and who sees it. The short version: we collect the details you send us about a mold problem, and those details go to the independent local providers who may do the work. That sharing is the service itself.
What this site is
Mold Remediation Nashville is a referral service. We do not perform restoration work ourselves. When you contact us about a mold problem in a home or business in the Nashville area, we pass your request to independent local providers, and one of them contacts you about the work.
What we collect
When you write to us or use the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, and whatever you tell us about the property and the problem, including photos you choose to attach. If you call a number shown on this site, the provider answering may note the same details and may record the call under their own policy. Like most websites, the site also receives basic technical data, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, through analytics tools when they are enabled.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to you, to match your request with providers who cover your area and your kind of job, and to keep records of requests we have handled. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which pages help visitors and to improve the site. We do not use your details to send marketing email you did not ask for.
Who sees it
The providers who respond to your request receive the details they need to assess the job and contact you: your name, contact information, area and problem description. Providers are independent businesses with their own privacy practices, and once they hold your details, their handling of them is governed by their own policies. The request form on our contact page is operated by LeadSmart, a referral platform, and the details you enter there are processed by LeadSmart on our behalf. Companies that run our email and analytics systems also process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
The site uses analytics cookies to count visits and see which pages are read. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Keeping and deleting your details
We keep request details for as long as they are needed for the request itself and for ordinary business records. If you want to know what details we hold about you, or you want them deleted, write to us at info@moldremediationnashvilletn.us and we will handle it.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the updated text will be posted on this page. Questions about anything here go to info@moldremediationnashvilletn.us.
